Shannon Heights OFFICER INFORMATION

The President serves as the chief facilitator and strategic leader of the Association. They preside over all membership and Executive Committee meetings and participate in every committee as an ex‑officio member. This role ensures continuity, coordination, and alignment across all Association activities.

The Vice President supports the President and steps in whenever the President is absent or unable to serve. This role ensures leadership stability and helps maintain smooth operations across meetings, committees, and community initiatives.

The Treasurer manages all financial activity, including receiving and distributing funds, maintaining financial records, coordinating dues collection, and presenting financial reports at general meetings.

The Secretary is the Association’s record‑keeper and communications coordinator. They maintain minutes for all meetings, prepare notices and ballots, and preserve the Association’s permanent records. May also assist other Officers with communications needs, as necessary.

This Director  leads the Block Watch program and serves as the communication bridge between the Association and designated Street Captains. This role focuses on safety, awareness, and community connectivity.

shannon-heights.comThis Director manages four social media accounts, in partnership with the President and Vice-President. Also manages and maintains content on shannon-heights.com and owns responsibility of maintaining and refreshing our street signs to promote events and initiatives. 

This chair organizes service‑oriented initiatives that support residents and strengthen neighborhood well‑being. They help mobilize volunteers and coordinate projects that benefit the community.
