It’s our biggest event of the year, and it doesn’t happen without a little help.
Can you help us by offering any of the following?
- Tents
- Folding tables
- Folding chairs
- Coolers
- Table games (family-friendly board games)
- Help with setting up (around 3:30pm)
- Help with events (game stations, activities, etc.) (4pm-7pm)
- Help with takedown and cleanup (7pm)
